Thought I'd post a pic of this. This is the first original example I have ever seen. I just purchased it. I have seen many M-422a's but never an AN type. Buzz makes a repro I know, that's the only place I have ever seen one before. I am replacing the knits, zip and mouton and turing it into a wearer. Looks like it had a large piece of artwork on the chest, shame it's long since been removed. Any clues as to what it may have been?

That's Sicko to you my good man! Good to be back, been in the States for some time, father's getin old and had to visit.
Would love to see some larger photos.
But looks a lovely piece from here. Definitely one of the nicest flying jackets to be designed...yet comparitively forgotten :(

Here are some larger ones. Like I said, needs new zip, knits, and mouton, but seeing how it's somewhat rare, I'd like to get it done. Never seen another original.
