I think I've made one of my own Dan. From a Black Cossack which is stout with a shot of vodka I give you the Halloween Cossack. Pumpkin Ale (which every brewer seems to be making now) and a shot of Vodka. I like the idea of pumpkin ale, but some have characteristics that can be a bit cloying. The vodka for me seems to "lighten" these ales for me.

A little while to Halloween now but, if you can find it, you may want to look at Blavod Black vodka. It's almost black in colour (dark dark green) and just pouring it on Orange or Cranberry juice makes an effective drink. The vodka kind of whisperly spiders down into the orange juice
