Made by Cardinal of Canada (based on the CA Number). The date is unknown, but the brand is Eaton so that may help (since Eaton has been Eaton's for a long time). Condition is very good, but note this coat has a few moth bites which I emphasize they are NOT holes. This probably won't be your "best" coat but if you want something to wear while shovelling snow or going for a walk in winter (and you don't want to wear some gore-tex monstrosity) then this is probably the coat for you. Personally I would wear it all the time since it still exudes quality and looks the stuff. Construction is outstanding and you can't buy stuff this solidly made anymore. There are no size tags, but I'm a 42L and this coats fits fine except in the sleeves which are too short, so I have to assume it is a 42R. Measurements are below, plus photos. Note that the right sleeve is slightly shorter than the left, about 1/2", so the original owner must have had one shortened - please go by the shorter sleeve when comparing measurements. I have had this coat for several years and each winter I pull it out, realize the sleeves are too short for me, and put it back in the closet for another 12 months.

I have three pairs of made-to-order dress pants which I had made one per year in the early 1990s and never wore. Actually, I think I wore one pair a couple times, but I don't remember which one. Construction is tough as nails and the shape is timeless. The box pleats on two pairs look a bit sloppy when lying flat but look great when being worn. Measurements and descriptions are below, plus a photo. Although the waist measurements are slightly different (you can tell which pair was made first and which last) there is enough material in the waistbands of each pair for adjustments to be easily made, so someone who is a 32" or 33" will be able to wear all three pairs after a visit to your alterations person or seamstress. The photo washes out the colours a bit, so read the description. These would be great for a young fellow starting out (whose waist hasn't expanded to 37" like mine).
