I love that ad. Several of the westerns look like they'd give you an overpowering urge to pick up a guitar and sing a song with lots of yodeling in it. You'd probably develop a sudden interest in shirts with fringed 3 pearl snapped cuffs too.

As I have mentioned before -- I truly believe that these catalogues can't necessarily be relied upon to reach any kind of definitive conclusions about Stetson's product line. The fact that the hat depicted as an Open Road in the catalogue has a 3-cord ribbon tells me that it is not an Open Road...
