Worf,

I needed a cigarette after that, and I do not smoke!!!
I spent a spring in Mildenahall back in 95ish timeperiod. Was able to visit Duxford and Cambridge regularly. While sitting along the river in Cambridge, I looked up and saw the Jug tooling around, maybe on a MX hop?
Awesome
Thanks for video

God, that's insane! Only problem, IMO, is the music - it doesn't need any! The planes are good enough. And, BTW, I win tonight's Lotto and I'm gonna pilot a P-51 in three years :)

Thanks for the love guys. It's absolutely GREAT to find like minds that can appreciate the power and the glory of prop driven aircraft. My fave part was when the Sopwith or Spad showed up, open pit yowsah! When all those planes musta been 30 or so did a final big wing flyby, my heart went thumpty thump. That's just a dribble could you imagine what it must of looked like, felt like to have squadron after squadron of bombers and fighters forming up and shoving off overhead? Thrilling I'm sure (if you weren't on the receiving end) shame that such artistry, beauty and innovation often come at such a high price. I'm no bleedin' heart believe me, I was a Sgt. in the Regulars, but it just saddens me a little that without war we'd have no Mustang, no Spit, no FW 190, no Yak 9, no Zeke and no Me 262. Just sayin....
