Vanson Comet sz 48
Yes it is a PLU-3. It is a tight fitting 48, so I’d say that with chest size 46”-47” leaves you a bit of room for layering. With 48” chest one could wear it over a t-shirt. Of course preference of fit is very subjective.- Jejupe
