hi Folks

Spotted this unusal color Homburg on ebay. Item #130774371201.
I am not computer savvy enough to post a pic.. LOL

Very unusal yellow color... Can some of the expert weigh in with a guess on the age and the rarity of the color?

Based on the odd color, I'm guessing the hat was a special order? Its not a color I would wear but its nice to see something other then
Black,brown,grey.

Any guess to the circa date on the hat?

Hi

The Fedora Store sells regular brand hats, and uses Beaver Brand hats to make custom hats:

They used to have more colors of felt than the "normal" custom makers. Beaver Brand hats are good quality, I own one and wear it all winter. It's not a work or Art, a Borsalino, or anything similar, but you can get a regular hat in a regular size, with whatever ribbon size tied in whatever knot you want etc.

Gentlemen, please accept my apology for a tardy reply; I have been out of town.

As a matter of fact, I did receive the hat and it's quite a dandy hat. I'll be wearing it tomorrow with a green German suit. I'll do my best to post a photograph or two in the hat clothing threads, so please stay tuned.
