Not really jazzy, but Dinerman's pics feature something similar. This is Clothcraft by Joseph & Feiss. Undated and very much more conservative than many of the illustrations. I do have another one hanging around somewhere, it's a Hart Schaffner Marx, probably middle 1920s. I'll need to dig it out sometime …

A good number of issues are digitized on google books. Lots of pattern diagrams and discussions of minute details of design and tailoring, what's in for the year and how it compares to what was in last year. You'd love it.
