I recently sold this ladies suit from the same mid-teens time period. Not the feminine look of the gorgeous gown in the original post, of course, but perhaps more to the taste of a suffragette. It had some nice details to the stitching and was a gorgeous golden silk jersey.

There are a few really nice vintage dresses from around the civil war time period in one of the vintage/antique shops in downtown Marshall, Michigan. The dresses are not the same, but one looks very similar to the one Scotrace has posted pictures of. Very colorful dresses. One however, they have added extra clothing attire to it, making it appear like a fortune teller. Oddly, I do not know the name of the shop, as there are a few right almost in a row on the main street. They have period correct boots along with the dresses, and the dresses are on display mannequins. I may have a picture I will have to see if I can find it.
