I've never heard of the Party cloth pads. Figleaves looks pretty interesting as well. That waterproof layer had me sold, lol. I've spent a half day using LunaPads when I was ordering in a new cup. While I didn't find myself leaking through the period panties, it was starting to feel heavy and a bit uncomfortable. One of my dysmenorrhea symptoms is a very heavy day 3, and that was when I used it. If I gave it over 4 hours, that's when I'd have worried.

I use a menses cup, though, and have learned to plan ahead so that I'm always at home and have access to either a faucet or the tub. I don't clean it in the tub -- I save a large takeout cup for portable water. I have noticed the slight variations in shape between cups, so if you leak, you have a very heavy flow, or the shape isn't a perfect fit. Because of that, I don't care for the 'moon cup.' I prefer diva, unless one I have my eye on ends up being better.
