Can you help dating a couple of women's hats?

My sister found a box of old hats in her garage that she said belonged to my Grandmother and my Aunt (Grandmother's Daughter). There were 4 hats in good condition overall with the exception of the netting being torn a bit. I stopped by a Women's Vintage Clothing Store and showed the lady there hat box and the hats and asked if she could give me an estimate of the era. She said that they were all 1950's hats, but my Grandmother died in 1949 and my Aunt passed about 10 years ago and I am not real sure about the lady in the Vintage Store as she wanted to buy them, so I figured that I would ask you fine ladies for some help.

They do look postwar, so late forties wouldn't be an unreasonable estimate.

Yep...late 40s ... more like 1950s.

I'd like to help you out and date your lady hats, but my wife gets all narrow-minded about me dating other ladies.
