Back in the office for the last day of the week. Figured I might as well break in the new holiday hat, though I'm going to be changing out the band. The one currently on there is from a Stratton Mountie hat, and still has the snaps for the chin strap.

Today, I'm playing hookie from work to hit Adamstown, PA and the nearly dozen or so antique stores that are there to see what I can find. The Bollman hat factory and outlet is there. We'll see if they have any fur felts, but I'm doubtful. Have a great day everyone!

Good day folks. I have been outside in the cool Minnesota weather putting up some Holiday lights. A wool jacket and hat are just the trick. I have been wearing a vtg. Adams fedora with a gill ribbon treatment this morning.

Did somebody say Black Friday?

Hope everyone had a great Turkey Day here in te U S of
A, and a pleasant Thursday evening for the rest of the world.
Toay, I'm going with something a bit smaller than that Bailey cowboy hat, but not much. My c. 1950 Stetson 3XBQ fuzzy bunny that I used to call velour, but doesn't really compare to real stuff. Still nice and soft and I'm always stoked to be wearing it.
