In this case, Buco just refers to the styling of the jacket--straight yoke, no kidney panel, two horizontal chest pockets, etc. You can order a Board Racer or a Cafe' Racer with these details, no problem! Keep in mind that the Cafe' Racer is the standard fit and the Board Racer is the slim fit...

We don't have an Olive Vicenza yet, but we do have access to Napa Cowhide in Olive (it's quite nice!). You can contact us and we'll give you the scoop...I think Olive would look very nice on the Aero A-1!
