Bacon cheeseburger pasta salad. Huh? What?? Yeah.... something I thought up. Goes like this:
Hamburger crumbles cooked with smoked pepper, kosher salt, garlic, and half a minced onion. Chopped dill pickle & tomato. Sharp cheddar cheese cubes. Bacon crumbles. Mini bowtie pasta. Dressing is Ranch, with mustard & a bit of honey bbq sauce mixed in. Smoked pepper & salt to taste. Quick & easy to make, and will be a nice cool dinner on this warm day.

Tonight, lemon-basil marinated chicken (cooked & sliced) served on a green salad with cucumber & yellow cherry tomatoes. Shaved parmesan. Honey-mustard-basil vinaigrette. Sourdough toast on the side. It is 90°. Mama doesn't want to cook!

The best filet mignon ever, garlic red mashed potatoes, biscuits, a dinner salad with the best ranch dressing ever, and a few Coors Lights. A phenomenal meal all the way around despite the Coors Light.
