Absolutely beautiful boots and a great example of a high-quality product that, yes, costs a lot, but will last a long time and look even better as it ages. Old world style workmanship at its best.

Those aren't Indy boots, but simply a plain toe shell boot. The Indy shell boots still have the moc toe design. Alden makes a great boot, so enjoy wearing them. I have the 403, 404, and 405's, but haven't dropped the coin for shell...yet

Ah yes you are correct. I think the style is similar to Indy boots. So the title of the thread should be "Alden shell cordovan boots". Maybe a moderator can fix this?
