Hi Guys, Well I bought tweedydon's Irvin from the Classifieds. Yeah... the flamboyant listing with the Spitfires. It's my first one but I'd been Jonesing for one for awhile. It's a beauty, and fits me like a glove. So while I was waiting for it to arrive I stopped at the local Goodwill and found the helmet and goggles for $1.99. The helmet is an A-9 repro from Garcia Aviation, but the goggles are Halcyon MK VIII. So when it arrived I had my GF snap this with the phone.

Looks neat Fit's nice too.

I would have paid that just for the lenses, I have a pair of Stadium's I bought in 1976 that the lenses are just starting to de-laminate.
