What bourbon, btw? I tried one called Rip Van Winkle back in my drinkin' days that was like nectar...if nectar was over 100 proof! Should you ever get the opportunity to try it, don't pass.
Especially if someone else is buying!
I had two last night. Something called Larceny, which was pretty good, and Jefferson Reserve, which was excellent. There are so many out there now; I normally drink rum, and my selections are limited there.
I've never been one to drink whiskeys and bourbons, but I'm starting to acquire a taste.

Thank you very much, I do try to dress well even in sub zero temperatures (or in heat waves). A hat always helps in those (or any) circumstances.
They promised warmer weather here today, but it's still -2C. Of course that's not as bad as yesterday's -6...
That's a really nice colour hat, and that plum liner is especially beautiful. A nice liner just makes the hat feel that little bit more special when you're wearing it.Mallory The Dallas recently acquired in a trade with Mark. Love this hat!

Another really nice colour. I must be one of very few people here who doesn't own one of these Akubras. Come to think of it, I think I only own one hat that isn't European...Akubra Federation IV.
