Any idea how the new cordovan Vicenza will age? Curious if it will darken up, or lighten, or really anything about how it may show wear with time.

Here are some photos of an Aero A-2 in Dark Seal Vicenza after about two months of wear! The Cordovan is lighter in color than the Dark Seal, so it will show patina even more as it ages. From what we've seen with the other Vicenza colors, the Cordovan will lighten and darken in different areas of the jacket. It will lighten with wear (contact spots) and darken with exposure to elements (oils from hands, rain, etc.). The overall effect is amazing!

I agree @ButteMT61 that Cordovan Vicenza Work Coat looks like trouble.
Carrie, I see in the pics its a size 40 yet on the featured stock page its listed as a 42 (not that I'm really looking closely or anything

Also, where does the Melton Wool sit in terms of warmth vs other linings like the medium wool tartan and Alpaca?

Sorry about that...I changed the listing...it's a size 40, which would be a perfect fit for you!
I would say the Melton is like a Harris Tweed in terms of thickness and warmth...Melton is not as thick as Alpaca, but it's dense (like moleskin) and quite warm!
