Could already be 30's, although something from the second half of the 20's is not out of question IMO.
I tend to 1930's.

Certainly not 1910-20's as per description.

the dull finish is the giveaway. compare the close ups of the lining with these (from that 20s Brit suit that sold recently):

Ah, same stuff as in the hacking jacket TwoTypes found for me in Bournemouth.

2nd question - how do you know that stuff is alpaca? Presumably from a labelled example? I realise the stuff Im thinking of right now is "Alpagora". Was there "Mopaca"? The "Alpagora" is very different to what we're talking about here.

i've owned a couple of jackets with alpaca lining and i'm fairly confident about recognising it ... never can be certain with photos though.

it seems to have been very common in the US in the 20s and was used in the UK well into the 30s (usually on bespoke). i think that brown brit POW suit that sold a while ago for £750 also had it.

of course, even if it is alpaca that doesn't prove the jacket is 20s. ;)

(the jacket also reminds me of Marc's late 20s one with the fancy internal pocket bag covers).
