its made of rabbit a beaver blend. very light weight and the felt has a very nice finish. The only thing I dont like is the cloth sweat band ( prefer leather) but I purchased it just under $90, I couldn't resist.

I’ve owned a couple over the last few years…I might have one left. Not bad, but the sweatbands in mine left a lot to desired. This era Bailey usually doesn’t get much love here, but mine have been decent for what they are.
