Your pics do show the felt to appear to be soft and maleable. The crown is just up my alley - straight and taller. Sweet! Does this vita felt hat have felt that takes a crease and holds it or does it slowly release it when you wear it for a time?

I do like the sewn down thin ribbon ends. Very neat and tidy. To my eye the ribbon is smaller than some of the same vintage Stetson Stratoliners. I am thinking of the not sewn down ribboned Strats.
