Not exactly a new hat because I've had this one for quite a while. This one sits in the Azkaban section of my collection though, where the hats go I leave to the dementors. Stevenson in grey blue, size 56. Bound brim at 5cm and crown 9,5cm at the pinch. The felt is nice enough and so is the colour. But I can't get this hat to work for me no matter how I crease it: the brim is just too short and the crown has too much taper. It is branded Stevenson, London, but it's actually made in Portugal.

The bound brim gives it a very nice look.

Went out on a limb and picked up a Champ fedora off the bay. The hat looks as though it had hardly been worn and the felt is soft and supple. The only problem is it does not look so good on me. I have always worn western style hats so I will se if it grows on me.

Doesn't look bad at all. It's a matter of getting used to it.
