ASM 1107-1 clone

i have a new ASM 1107-1 sweat band sewing machine. It is lovked up. I can t even turn it manually by hand . I hit the pedal and nothing. It was working oerfect last week. Any ideas?

It sounds like you may have a thread jam on the hook underneath the sewing plate/bed. Sometimes the hook will miss the thread loop or not release the thread loop and the thread will wrap around the hook, which will stop the machine. By the way, I'm a bit jealous. Love to have one of those machines.
