I was thinking about your situation the other day. Don’t you have anybody in the U.S. willing to forward eBay purchases to you from sellers who won’t ship internationally? I’d offer my services to you but I’m never in one place long enough - my mother has to forward hats to me in Asia.

I had but he vanished. I could get another person but the hassle with Portuguese customs sluggish service makes me thing 3 or 4 times. There are no offers and if they think an item is worth $100 and you appear with a $10 invoice, they refuse to accept it.
