That's a Thedi and my personal favorite in his line. By my count three members here have that jacket and I'm jealous of each one!

I picked the littlest one in the bar Peacoat. She even had trouble getting up on a bar stool. ..but by gawd she did bite me hard on the thigh before I could even kick her real good. I do think some grain popped out on my jacket when I had her in a headlock though....
