Navy blue sailer type scooter dress!
I believe it reads 100% cotton. (a bit faded) and says its a 16.
Small seam spilt at zipper, about an inch.
Is too small for me and way to big on my skinny lil daughter, and dont want to hord such a cute outfit!

Measurements taken flat, double when neccessary.

At bust/armpits 20 1/2 inches
Waist (where scooter/flaps begin) 20 1/2 inches.

(Outfit is pinned back on my daughter.)

That is really cute pretty faythe - the measurments seem a little big for me but it appears to be one of those things that can just be kind of free flowing. So I think it can work.
