If I could pull this hat over my giant melon, there would be no way on Earth that it would be posted here. The color is absolutely fantastic. Check out the the way it just glows blue in the shots of the liner and underside of the brim.

As with most of these thin ribbon Borsalinos, the felt on this one is extremely light and flexible. Unlike the Stetson OR brims, which stand at attention, the Borso brims easily bend for a softer look.

PRICE - $95 + actual shipping cost.

SHIPPING - This hat will be shipped open-crown in a regular cardboard box - NOT a hat box. Buyer pays actual UPS ground shipping cost within the U.S. (It should be around $13-$16 depending upon your location.) I will ship internationally using the US Post Office (again, actual cost), but this seems to run between $35 and $70 from what I've experienced.

PAYMENT - paypal only unless previously agreed otherwise

SIZE - 7 1/8 that's supposedly been stretched (based upon the writing on the tape inside) to a 7 1/4. My axis measurements of 7 13/16 by 6 9/16 barely put it in the 7 1/4 category (using an online ellipse calculator), but I'm far more comfortable saying that it's a 7 1/8. I don't measure circumference, which is far too prone to error.

SPECS - Crown: 5 3/4 inches when open. Brim: 2 5/8 inches from the crown (measured on top of the brim).

COLOR- check out the photos and drool over that blue

CONDITION - This is not a new-old-stock hat. It's been worn, but it's still in nice shape. There are no moth tracks/divots in the felt, but the felt is a bit thin at the pinch. It's not worn through, and it's not about to come apart, but it is a bit thinner from use. The sweat is supple and there are no dropped stitches. The liner is faded, but fully intact - sewn, not glued. The lapel cord is functional and intact, but the button is lazy and never seems to want to face upward. There is no staining that I can see to the binding or the ribbon.
