In honor of Dr. Sueus' birthday, it's dress up as such at a school where I teach. This is the upper portion of my "Fox in Socks" outfit. However, what would an actual hat of this sort be called? -

It does indeed. There is something about Irish whiskey that lends itself to mixing with the Islay scotch well. No rocks for us. If a Scotch is cask strength we may add a tsp of water, but otherwise it's strictly neat for us.- Magus

They did! I got probably 50 kids that said how great I looked. Strangely, the classes were much more well-behaved when I had my coat on during class rather than with it off. -

At one of the schools where I teach, today is Fashion Friday. So I decided to dress to the nines. The Fedora is a 1941 Borsalino, the suit is a Magnoli custom 1930's era, italian wingtip short boots, gold and ruby tie pin, and even Boker pocket knife from the mid forties. -

Knox Twenty size 7 3/8
Greetings! For your consideration: A fantastic example of a Knox Twenty, in 7 3/8. The inner circumference is just over 23in. So like many vintage hats, some are a tad loose, others as midge tight.
