U.S.Wings have USCG G1's (in goat) with handwarmers (way down on their G1 page), and apparently sell some to the government/military. I have had mine (48 Long) for a few years and I like mine. Don't get much chance to wear them in Florida though.
Really did not want to single out any one company in my orginal post. When I decide to order a jacket of my choice, I'll mention the environment I expect to wear the jacket in and ask what linings they currently have, or ask for their recommendation.
Some companies that make jackets available from the internet seem to have a nice selection of custom jacket linings, from what I can tell from the various forum threads. So why are there no web pages with the various available jacket linings?
Has anyone recently asked G & B if they could modify their G-1 pocket flaps from the orginal style to the current style?

Pharr Brand Name Apparel won a 5 million dollar contract to supply the Navy with G-1 jackets as I recall. Did they fulfill the contract with acceptable jackets? Would anyone have one of their G-1 military jackets and like to comment on the construction and quality?
