Amish straw hat supplier in France?
Hi folks I've got a friend in France, who really wants to get hold of an Amish-style straw hat for the summer. He's found loads on US websites, but the shipping is too much. Does anyone know of a French distributer/seller for these? cheers -

yeah that's the conclusion I came to. It was a grey Biltmore on ebay (went for £16 + £5 postage). very tempting but I always figure, if I had reservations about an ebay item...then its better to let it go and wait for a really special item to turn up :) -

would 'tape' be capable of reducing internal circumference by 2cm? the one im thinking of is 61cm and im a 59cm. or is there a better way of reducing it? -
How often do you wear a hat?
I wear one most days. It's only been a couple of weeks since I got my first hat, and already I feel "naked" when I go out without one :o Mind you...I had to keep my hand on it this morning, it was sooo windy!! -

i think it looks nice. Its on my watch list, but i wont bid on it as its too big for me. But always interesting to know the ball park figure that these things go for (its all useful info for the future). Good luck! Pick a max price you can go to and dont go over...even though its always tempting lol -
