Vintage Silhouettes Custom Hats - Official Affiliate Thread
Does anyone have, or can anyone send me a link to, pictures of Art's Limestone colour against other similar shades (e.g. natural, dove, silverbelly). I've seen the pictures of the limestone fedora on his gallery, but can't tell from that quite how similar/dissimilar it is to those colours. -

I can really only echo Lean'n'mean's post. I have various cotton spring/summer coats and a brown leather winter coat. I'm comfortable wearing any of my fedoras with my wool/cotton jackets, but am a bit more selective when sporting the leather. Either though my coat looks nothing like an indy... -

Recommendation for Outdoors Hat
I feel like I should mention Tilley. They're on the pricey side, but really are the best hat I've found for hiking/camping, both in terms of comfort, durability and practicality. They're admittedly not the most attractive hats though. -

Felt hats in summer..
+1 I wear fur felt all year round, though admittedly it rarely gets above 80F here in the UK. I take a fur felt when I go abroad too though, and wear it even in 100F+ heat. Perhaps its an advantage of being bald, but I don't find fur felts too hot to wear at any time of year. -
