The morning chill, the turning trees, a little breeze. The woodsmoke! Its Intoxicating! The early morning thumping of my 76 Chevy pickup, and belching exhaust.
I don't miss logging so much, but it was amazing at breaktime, you'd shut down, pull your earplugs, and hear nothing at all.:)...
Know that your mail means a great deal to your son. Whether or not he tells you. It's a real drag when you're the only one that doesn't get mail at night. It sounds like he's getting plenty though, must have a good mom.;)
Soon he'll be on to bigger and better things, or at least more fun...
