i used to have really soft bendy nails, but i started having a cube of raw jelly (jello?) a day, its cheap and really works! try it! its good for the hair too! i need to start this up again!- artful dodgette

I totally agree with Kitty, I used to use glue on oval ones from superdrug at £1.50 a pack! they were really good and looked natural when painted up red! Ive been practically living in china at the mo' so ive had UV gel nails on for 6 months and they're amazing!!!! look really natural and...- artful dodgette

im sure i read somewhere a tip on using cat litter to take the smells away! wrap your items in light tissue paper, and place in a box, covering it with cat litter. Maybe someone else here has tried it![huh]- artful dodgette

you can also 'pinch' the lower lashes together to get the seperated look, when the mascara is wet, get your tweesers and pinch a few together, it looks really effective!- artful dodgette
