I can spend more than $30, I put $30 there so I wouldn't get recommendations for hats that are like $300. I would be willing to spend a little bit more for a good hat. I would seriously consider the one he linked above if the "ribbon" was black..- Flw Sock

Cleaning vintage items
If your looking to just styerilze them, you could use some lysol. I would use different methods for different types of clothing. For the shoes, I would just hand wash them with some soapy water, then go back with water again.- Flw Sock
