I'm 100% for real, yes. I'm also being tongue-in-cheek with the "Are you Jewish" question since I'm 100% Jewish...and obviously so. That long-haired hat is available through Belmonti Hatters. I'm also a fan of Primo's on Kingston Ave, although they go more for the black fedora. -

It's a ragged-edged bow--on purpose. There's a term for it that's escaping me here, but it was made to be rough along the edge like that. The bow is in fine shape otherwise. Best, A- Lotsahats

It's a tear, I'm afraid; when I picked up the hat a few years ago, I went to turn the sweatband out, gently, to see the labels underneath, and that's when the band tore. There's no other deterioration in the leather, though. Cheers, A- Lotsahats
