    Nutrition and exercise!

    I walk (aim for at least 25 miles a week). I need to find my hand-weights and start using them again--I'd like to have nicer arms. I lost 30 pounds a few years ago (I was clinically overweight; this needed to be done) and haven't had a lot of trouble keeping most if it off. I bob up and down...

    do you wash your hair everyday?

    Twice a week (Monday and Friday nights, usually). I've found that handling it less has saved me a lot of trouble. It's fine and tends to dry out badly if I over-wash it, even though my scalp is oily. I've also tried to keep combing and brushing to a minimum--just enough to put it in order...
