If you think you may want to return it, do it. Being without the jacket but with the 4-6 hundred bucks you spent on it to find what you really like will be much better then not having the money, but having a jacket you dont wear because its not comfortable.

From the front, it looks like you may need a size up, depending on how tapered and snug you like the fit to be. From the back it looks fine. If you cant lift your arms, it may be because its too tight. Experimenting with sizes through the mail can get expensive with shipping and handling...
