Well, as I tap-tappity-TAPP away here at the keyboard, I have it playing in the background and it's pleasing background music for me to work toI've always been a very 'visual learner' and when I listen to music it creates pictures in my mind for me,, so THE ARTIST is doing just that on my decking under the springtime sunshine.
I've also been listening to a modern Canadian singer called Madeleine Peyroux who reminds me somewhat of Billie Holiday (I'm always on the lookout for new talent to listen to).

This past week I've been listening to the Pogues, Wagner, Beethoven, The Ramones, The Clash, Imelda May, Glen Miller, the New York Dolls and the Puppini Sisters. I attended a performance of a new production of Abigail's Party this evening, which has inspired me to dig out my Sex Pistols stuff the rest of the week.
