I second that, RBH. Alan, Douglas and yourself look dapper indeed!
Nice ribbon and blocking job there, RBH. No, scratch that, that's a hell of a great ribbon and blocking job!

Thanks Benny, these panamas are the best to work with. They are really worth more than what we have to pay for them.
Is that your Akubra in your avatar? Cool hat!

My first love is Panama so all summer I wear my straw from Panama Bob. But I do have to admit to wearing my new Tropic Aire from Art at least one day a week just because it looks so good.![]()
Have you posted a picture of your Tropic-Aire yet? I'd love to see it.Originally Posted by duggap

My PanamaBob Montecristi 200wpsi Havana, or at least I will be shortly. There's an afternoon race meeting so I'm off there in an hour. It's quite warm and humid here so I'm going with linen trousers, linen shirt and Panama, all non vintage but I like them. Wore my Justin 20X bangora this morning while out walking the dogs, I love this hat on warm days the open weave in the crown is great.

Yeah, I got my "Bob" on today, and most days, too. An inexpensive Cuenca that looks sharp!

Think while you still have me!
Move while you still see me!
You'll be lost, you'll be so so sorry when I'm gone.
Just an observation. I've been to San Francisco two times the last two weeks and didn't see one straw. Not a lot of hat wearers, of course, but the one's I saw(in the city) where mostly stingy-brimmed felts.
I have on a hat from Panamabob. Great hat for the money.
