RLK, if you do decide to do some housecleaning, don't keep it a secret from me, you have some amazing hats.

Very similar to the 7X and far superior to the 3X. Its definitely Beaverous if not Clearly so.

I managed to find these the other day at a garage sale while walking my dog. So glad she nagged me into a walk in the middle of the day.

I found these 3 lids at a county fair last month, unfortunately 2 of the 3 I can't keep because of being too small and or not my style.

This is a beautiful Beaver Brand, Taupe that I'm keeping, great lid.

    2nd one....

.....is a dark Navy Blue Habig. I love this hat but unfortunately it's a bit too small @ 6 7/8, I'd give it a little stretch, but I'm not like the taper of it on me, so this will go to the classifieds if anyone is interested. It's in great shape.

3rd one I'm very disappointed in. I seen this Bowler/Derby and fell in love with the color, I haven't seen many in this color scheme b4 and loved it. Again, unfortunately it's too small..It says it's a 7 but it fits more like a 6 7/8. Also, to my dismay, I noticed that it looks like the felt actually was torn, close to the sweat and ribbon. Then somebody tried to fix it with some sort of glue maybe. Once on, it's hardly even noticeable, but being a bit small, it sits pretty high on my head and I don't like the way it looks. This will also go to the classifieds, if anyone is interested.

here you can see the damaged area I was speaking of.

Like I said, it's hardly noticeable when wearing it.

Looks interesting. Derbies were worn high and they also look even higher since the brim curls upward exposing more of the head. You might just need to give it a little time--or it just doesn't work for you.
