I think what he meant was what you shaved with for each day....for exaample mine would be:

    Yesterday

    Brush: Tweezerman pure badger
    Crabtree and Evelyn Scuttle
    Proraso
Black Bear brand strop 40 x on linen 40 x leather
Barclay Bros. 6/8 spike point razor
2 passes WTG and Xtg (across the grain)
    Nivea for Men a/s balm

then my next shave might be something like this:

    Saturday:

    B. Altman Co. Pure Badger brush
    Burma Shave Mug
The Gentlemens Quarter Cavendish Black soap
Black Bear brand strop 50 x linen 50 x leather
George Wostenholm & Son 5/8 spike point razor
    3 passes
C.O. Bigelow bay rum a/s balm

Thanks for the link again. I had seen that, especially the impressive Trumper's selection posted therein!

I actually didn't shave today, which is rare for me. But I'm also wearing bluejeans to class, which is likewise rare. My shave routine doesn't vary much, however:

C.O. Bigelow (Proraso) Premium Shave Cream or Dove Soap (melted into my shave mug).

Whipped into a nice lather with either a Burmashave or Clubman brush.

Razor is a GEM Micromatic using Treet blades (the best out of the three kinds I've tried).

Sometimes I finish up with some aftershave gel, but lately I've been using No-Ad SPF 50 sunblock.

My morning routine would be using Crabtree and Evelyn Sienna shave soap with a DE razor and badger brush from ebarbershop.com. Blade's are Guillette but im not liking them, going back to supermax.

I just tried the Sienna for the first time. Love the scent, but it seemed irritating on the skin. Oh, well... I'll call it hurried technique, and keep using it.

    Today's shave:
    C.E. Bigelow Proraso knock-off cream
    C&E English Pewter brush
Vintage Merkur slant w/ swedish gillette blade (properly corked)
    No alum (yes!)
    Thayer's rose witchhazel
    Jason 6-in-1 aftershave

    Result: BBS, baby!
