Hi ladies!
Today's post, Oh, for the Love of 1950s Shoes!

Once upon a midnight dreary, while I pondered, weak and weary,
Over many a quaint and curious volume of forgotten lore—
While I nodded, nearly napping, suddenly there came a tapping,
As of some one gently rapping, rapping at my chamber door.... - The Raven (1845), Edgar Allan Poe

Just started a facebook page for my blog - https://www.facebook.com/pages/Home-...93606910661896
Just have to figure out what to do with it now!
After much trial and error this spring, I have settled on doing three blogs to reflect the three very different sides to me:
1. Miss Betty's Guide Successful House Keeping - this is cleaning, cooking, baking etc. with a green and vintage flair.
2. Diary of a Dull Old Person - This is my vintage/fashion blog. I have lately gone bonkers for everything '20s so the focus will be on '20s (and some '30s) fashion, my DIY projects, art deco etc. etc.
3. The Fear of the Blank Page - I'm going to get serious about my writing again and I'm going to use this for staying on track, although I haven't really started it yet. I don't really expect it to be very entertaining, unless you are madly interested in the writing of historical fiction.
If anyone wants to follow any of these, feel free to. I'll probably post infrequently, but at least once a week.
Anyway, yesterday, I put up a picture-based meme on the Diary which was pretty fun. I'd love to see more people do it. If you do, link, so I can find you!![]()
