Optimo Sky Line

That?¢‚Ǩ‚Ñ¢s a tough choice. I?¢‚Ǩ‚Ñ¢ve already ?¢‚Ǩ?ìsnagged?¢‚Ǩ? a Nutria color hat body for a future hat myself. The Cavanaugh Tan is similar to my Morocco Tan so I skipped it, but it?¢‚Ǩ‚Ñ¢s a nice color, especially if you don?¢‚Ǩ‚Ñ¢t already have a tan hat. Optimo?¢‚Ǩ‚Ñ¢s heavy weight felt hats really have a different personality than their lightweights. I really like the heavy weight felt. Even if you decide against the skyline, you should think about their heavy weight felt in the future. It makes a really substantial hat. Cheers

I have SEVERAL Optimo Heavyweight, and have posted pics of them. My favorite is the DOLPHIN color (think Flipper kids.) which has a wide band and tall crown. I have an ALMOND, a WILLOW, and a SKY GRAY. The heavyweight are better for cold weather and in rain. They are warmer, and "tougher". I love the lightweights however for everyday, and they are certainly "dressier". I LOVE OPTIMO HATS!

I am mistaken, I DO NOT have a SKY gray, it is a PEWTER...I had to grab the sample swatch and compare it to the hat. The Pewter is lighter, not quite a pearle grayish blue tint, but more of a muted very light gray. Love it...liiks like a San Francisco Fog overcast sky!!

I should get a swatch of the three colors I mentioned tomorrow, so I guess I'll decide then. My wife says that blue is the best looking color on me, but I already have the Phantom Blue, and I don't have a tan hat yet. Then again, tan is a pretty common color, and Skyline is not.

I did decide to go with the Natural, but I'm honestly not sure what color the ribbon will be. I told them to let Marlene do whatever she thought looked best.
