Frightfully hot here at the moment, and I have a craving for an ice cold bear , fermented in the bottle with no additives or preservatives, this is a cloudy little number with a yeast residue at the bottom of the bottle

Mateus Rose - Refreshing as always with a nice low alcohol content......

A small portion of Kammer Williams Pear Brandy. It's got a little bite to it, but sure is good! Now I just have to figure out how I'm going to get the pear out of the bottle so I can eat it!!

A cocktail I call the Feckin Monk.

I laughed when I read that - what's in it?

I had Lawson's Dry Hills Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc.

Was celebrating our son's third birthday so I was making sidecars for everyone. Excellent evening!

Tried a glass of homemade Plum Wine. Awful brew. Had to wash it down with a Shiner Bock! I like my Brandy better though.

    I figured someone would ask.

Actually straight coffee. The bottle of spirits was dry and we live in a dry county. Will probably restock when we go over to see our little grandson this weekend. I'll probably look for some different types of Scotch vs my old standby, The Famous Grouse.
