Friends Valerie and Michelle in their finest evening attire
Being escorted by Rob
Valerie's dress is from the 1930's
Michelle's is new.
We have a thread for the men to show their duds.
I don't want everybody to think we are just a lounge full of burly men who smoke cigars and drink fire water, We have to remember that there are ladies present as well.
I know this is the suit section, but I think we should allow the ladies to have some fun too... vintage or vintage style attire appreciated.
whether it be a suit or a dress, just show us your best.

Matt,
I know that this subject is about the ladies attire but I was curious what style Fedora is Rob wearing in the above photo and what color is it?
By the way everyone in the photos looks great!

Thanks Matt,
It's a great looking hat! I like the bash on the Crown.

Man I wish the swing thing was still over here. I loved it when LADIES were actually dressing nice. I guess it may still be around in Atlanta. Almost everyone here is into the goth or thug thing and the only dance clubs are booty shake or techno. You've really got it made out there.
Valerie's dress in the top pic is amazing. Very nice. K
Here's one of my wife, Kathryn. I especially love these boots! As you can tell, we tend to lean a bit earlier in era...
Kind regards,
Indy

How did I miss this post?
That is a nicely fitted dress... looks great.
is it vintage or a remake?
Less of the golden era and more of the copper era.
Not to bump this up or anything but...
My wife and I have been looking for some vintage stuff for her because I actually talked her into coming along to the Queen Mary event this year. We were just in a big shop locally here in town and looked thru some of Arts stuff online.
Then we were over at Sears today anddiscovered they have this huge section of Vintage style clothing (on sale no less) and after comparing it to what I saw the last few days, it didn't seem too bad. And she could easily find stuff in her size.
I know, I know, blasphemey, buying NEW vintage from Sears... but whatever it takes, right!?!
