    Vintage Lighters

I have a vintage Golden Wheel lift arm lighter. I am trying to put a value and aproxomite manufacture date on it. I can't find much on the company 'Golden Wheel'. Anyone have any ideas?

This site has one listing for a Golden Wheel lighter (amongst many others). There isn't a lot of info but hope it helps anyway.

    golden wheel lighter

My uncle carried a very small lighter with him, like many of his buddies during World War II. It is from Japan prior to Made in Japan requirement. There are
others and the details tell which ones are older.

    Here's my vintage lighter.

So far, I've found that the Ronson Penciliters were made between the '30s and '50s. How far outside of each decade, I don't know. But, I'm guessing this one was made in the '30s.

I got it at John in Covina's Pen meet this past weekend. I replaced the flint and filled it, and it fired on the first try.
