Randall and scottyrocks, I think the tree appreciates your compliments. By the way, his name is Snow King.

I love that old cherry tree. Off-topic, here you can see how it's been trimmed over the years.

We either make ourselves miserable or we make ourselves strong. The amount of work is the same.

    Cheers! Nik

My yard working hat out working in the yard. Just a cheap paper Scala hat I got on sale for $4.00. This hat has been completely smashed several times and even closed in a door of a truck and driven around all day half in and half out.

Hats on a blue-spruce evergreen tree in the backyard.

Vintage Silhoutette Hat family photo: ( included are-Stetson Stratoliner inspired Dove w/charcoal ribbon, Stetson Weston inspired silvermist, Stetson Stratoliner inspired Dove, Stetson Whippet inspired Moss Green, Sahara felt w/ chocolate milk ribbon, Adam Executive inspired Bluesmoke)

The colors and textures of the evergreens offer a terrific canvas for my hats. Oh yes, the hats do not reside in the bows, but are just displayed.

    Sticks are good, Eric -

    Eric,

Great set of hats. I especially like your thin ribbons.

    +1! awesome!

Some images of my hats on sticks! Sorry for reposting pics from the "afield" thread, but seemed appropriate here.
