That is so neat but you will have to step down the voltage to 110V for it to work in your home.

You'll also need a PAL to NTSC converter for operation in the US (and a digital to analog converter if you don't already have one.) And I'd still recommend a pair of insulated gloves to wear when turning it on.

If it only draws 15 watts it must be a repackaged solid state set. If so the tube we see atop the chassis may be a dummy.
Can we watch old Ceausescu broadcasts on this ?
