It was Boni's Lied (Ganz, Ohne weiber geht die Chose nicht), from Die Csárdásfürstin by Kálmán, and it was premiered in Vienna, 1915.

Oh, and when I get the recordings of my French pieces, I will post them too. Y'all ought to like those.

By the way, to any loungers in the D.C. area, I am singing in the premiere of a new opera at the Capital Fringe Festival. It is called City of God, and is by a promising young composer by the name of Josh Armenta. It tells the story of David Koresh the siege at Waco. So, yeah, pretty fun. Come see me.

I found one of the few recordings we did with our swing band, I don't like listening to myself but at least I got to do some harmonies overdubbed...

    I really like it, Black!

I, myself, hate my singing voice, and can't record it, because of the hate I have for it, yet people love it. Ahh, conflictions if I should post one here?
I seem to have acquired quite a serious fever... and the only cure is more hats!
    Best Wishes,
