Hey Sean, thanks - I have a few sources It is one of the nicer ones I have come across, especially with all the detailed markings added from back in the day.

Here's an interesting one that I just received.

The figure appears to be a Kokopelli.

Stamped Sterling .925 & made in Mexico

Hey Sean, Not that it's any big thing, but I think your ring has an image of an Aztec warrior as opposed to a Kokopelli. http://www.galleryhistoricalfigures....=AzLeoWar_v2WA A Kokopelli is a flute player and part of the Hopi culture. The figure on your ring has a club in his hand or it could be a dangerous looking flute. There's also a strong connection between Mexico and the Aztecs.

These are interesting. The skull rings look sort of like WWII German stuff.

Crazy question but an eBay seller says these rings cannot be resized do to the metal content,is this true? If so that doesn't explain the prices for a smaller sized ring.

Hi wsc, I have a lot of these rings, and have aquired a few that were previously sized somewhere in their lifetime. I personally have never re-sized any of mine in fear of them cracking or not being resoldered properly by a jeweler.

The ones that I purchased already re-sized were done professionally using sterling silver as a spacer/seal. I'll try to snap a photo of one for you if your interested.
